I feel like Triple H right now LMFAO. took a NO Xplode sample and had a pretty good workout. I was doing well getting a regular workout schedule in at the beginning of the semester until tests started kicking my ass. This is what its all about though, time management mothasuckas! I weighed in about 140 lbs.(was 142) today because i haven't lifted in a week+... ironic because I learned about muscle atrophy in class. Goal for the rest of the year is to shift intermediate muscle fibers towards slow twitch fibers because of the 10+ miles in the Tough Mudder. Lets dew this!
